Apply for a Display

Thank you for your interest in The Survivor’s Quilt! Please email us the name of your event, location, and other details if you plan on having an event and would like to host a display of the quilt. If you have additional information to send us (pictures, flyers for your event etc.) please send them to quilt@survivorsconnect.org. We will use this information to publicize your event on our website calendar.

If your application is accepted, you will be responsible for both sending and receiving shipping costs as well as a nominal fee for the Survivor’s Quilt. The fee is determined by length of time you're requesting the quilt for, and you will be quoted when your application is processed. The fee helps us maintain the Quilt project by buying materials for survivors and the at therapy project.

You can pay through PayPal or GoogleCheckout. Survivors Connect will calculate shipping costs for you based on the dates you need it. After your application is accepted, we will send you a quote!
